All our Teas are packed upon order to ensure we serve you with the freshest Teas. We have tied up with the top courier partners to make sure your order reaches you before or in our committed time.
All orders ordered before 12 Noon will be shipped the same day. Orders received after this time generally shipped the next business day.
- How do I know my order has been confirmed?
- Once your order has been logged and the payment has been authorized by your bank, you should receive a receipt via email, confirming your order. Additionally, you can head over to Account page, click orders and see all your orders
- How do I cancel my order?
- We’re sorry to hear you want to cancel. To cancel your order, please send us an email to email@example.com with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the teas have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- How do I make changes to my order?
- To change your order, fill out the form on this page OR send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your 9 digit transaction id, we’ll contact you as soon as we can. However, please note that we would not be able to modify the order, once the teas have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
